
Based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), we incorporate mindful-walking and 'sit-spot invitations' into our twice-monthly meetings. Beginning with a grounding breath-work exercise, we engage in a variety of focused activities that help us explore and re-connect with nature in a creative and fun way. I also share some of the science behind Shinrin-Yoku during refreshments following the activity.
